I still think that it should be optional to set the root logging directory as a date.

e.g.:

C:\somepathhere\logs\06-07-2007\Network1\Channel1.log
C:\somepathhere\logs\05-09-2003\Network8\Channel4.log

real example:
C:\somepathhere\logs\06-07-2007\ForTheGamers\#Admin.log

etc.

It'd be a very nice implementation to have some method like this to be an option in logging configuration. It sucks sifting through logs with their filename being #(somechannel and date).ext, ESPECIALLY if you wanted to search through them for a specific logfile. You can't easily cat through them in windows, if i truly wanted to, id have to send them to a linux box and use a linux command to cat them. Let me know what you think ;o
