It's not really a bug, and not really a feature... I'll post it here.

Dialog items turn "grey" if they are disabled, so they are disabled in function and optic.
The text in ordinary lists without style is turning gray, as usual. Lists of checkboxes or radios (using "check" or "radio" as style for a list) are an exception to this: If disabled, they are no longer modifiable, but, as encountered here, they do not appear "grey".

I'd like to suggest an adjustment of their optical behaviour (in terms of uniformity), so these lists will turn grey, if disabled, too.
