Hi, i could get one from hawkee.come i guess, but i want to make my own one.. it's just i'm not that great at scripting and not very familiar, but i don't want someone to make it for me.. if someone could just explain to me or help thats would be great! .. i want it fast so i don't really have time to learn everything about scripting before making it .. thats would take ages! ty :]

You need to be a bit more specific about what this script would need to do.
And don't you just mean the /ignore command? See /help /ignore

I know what ignore is ¬_¬ I wan't a dialog and logging pm system, and option to either accept or decline.

You can always use the snippets on Hawkee as suggestions as to coding methods that you can use for your own. In fact, I suspect that many people do just that.
