I tried changing the topic in a channel and when I do so they spaces get messed and the characters overlap eachother. It is weird.

This is the exact topic I used.

I have UTF-8 Display Enabled, Fontlinking Enabled, and Parser ANSI codes Enabled, all other message options are disabled.

it seems that with some chrs mirc wont disply them right, i had made a thread some time before, but noone seemed to notice it.

this seems to be a issue since 6.21. as i never noticed it before

I am using 6.2 so if it is still present in 6.21 and mIRC is still registering spaces and overlapping with certain characters, this should be fixed.
