Forums Connection Issues psybnc password problem

Hi I am using psybnc with a shell account.
It has been working fine untill now. For some reason when I
connect via mirc I get to the part where I have to enter my psybnc password e.g /QUOTE PASS <password>
and it tells me it is the wrong password.

I have verifed several times that the password I am using is correct. Is there any known mirc issues related to this problem?
It was working fine for a few weeks using mirc as described above but just stoped working for no aparent reason.

the chance the problem is on mIRC side then is unlikely.
if you don't host the BNC yourself, contact the person who is. if you are hosting it, go check the configuration of the BNC

Did you change your username in mIRC options? If I recall correctly,
psyBNC gets it from the user part of the email address you provide
in mIRC and bases your password encryption on it. It's also case
sensitive. I could be all wrong too.
