is there such a seen script that the person would go
/notice <botname> seen <username>

and it would reply to the person via a notice.

Try searching Hawkee, mIRC Scripts, or any/all of the various scripting sites that have links from them.

Personally I'm not aware of one that uses /notice, since most people would send the request to the bot via a text message in the channel, therefore, most seen scripts look for an ON TEXT event, rather than an ON NOTICE event.

Most (if not all) seen scripts, probably, could be modified, by changing the ON TEXT event that sends the report to an ON NOTICE event. Since both events have identical formats, it would simply be a matter of changing the word TEXT to NOTICE.

Basically, when a person uses a command like !seen <nick> in a channel, it returns how long ago that person was seen in the channel, or if they are in the channel, what they're last message/action to the channel was.

For more details, check the Seen scripts that have been posted on the websites I mentioned earlier.
