It's a Beklin Wireless G router, and remote management is turned off. I was told by someone at Belkin about needing to use the HOSTS file to access stuff on the rest of my local network instead of trying to access them via public IP. It's probably some bug in the router that Belkin never bothered to fix (and no new firmware has ever been released for it either).
