unfortunately, AIM (AOL Instant Messenger) has nothing to do with mirc. There could be any number of reasons you can't connect and your home page has lost formatting. Norton Go Back shouldnt have anything to do with this though it would allow you to roll back to a previous time on your PC, but only within the past 7 days IIRC. You COULD try to change the settings on your firewall, BUT, if you havent changed anything in the last day or two (since you WERE able to connect) I doubt it would be that. Have you tried going to AIM's homepage for help on that program's issues?

AIM is America Online's Instant Messaging program and has nothing to do with mIRC. If you need help with AIM, then you should use their help system. America Online does provide a 24/7 toll free help desk.

Yes...It's for anything to do with America Online.
I didn't give the number, as they have different numbers for the following (that I'm aware of):
1) Canada - English
2) Canada - French
3) US - English
4) US - Spanish
5) Mexico

Unfortunately, we're not AIM support. You are going to have better luck from the AIM forums (official or unofficial). There are many there who can help you if you can't use the phone support.
