Forums Bug Reports /debug information messages don't wrap.

The debug information messages:
* Debug output on (debug.log)
* Debug output on (@debug)
* Debug output off

Don't wrap if window size is to small to contain the whole line.

Reproduce:
1. /debug
2. /write
3. Resize window so that '* /write: insufficient parameters' starts wrapping and '* Debug output off' not.

I know this is a #care bug, but just to let ya know Khaled

Just to add that many other (if not all) internal messages are like that, eg:
* Remote is on (Ctcps,Events,Raw)
