Forums Bug Reports url-clicking with ä or ö content

default browser: firefox
if i click on url on a channel, which contains ä or å or ö, firefox opens me 5 or 6 tabs

for instance this, will cause firefox to open up four tabs, instead of it being dealt with as a simple url. could this be a mirc bug?

I don't have Firefox to test with, but it works fine in IE. So it could be a Firefox bug or a mIRC bug. No idea.

on my mirc 6.21 firefox 2.0.0.1 tries to open the following:
http://www.hs.fi/kotimaa/artikkeli/USAhan+lent%C3%A4vien+s%C3%A4hk
in the main window and
http://www.posti+voidaan+tutkia.com/1135224245814
in a tab when i click it on a channel.

However when i use /url it works normally.

Seems like it's a bug with the ö character in links in the channel but not if its echod and clicked in the status window.

Only opened up one here using Firefox 1.5.0.9.

What version of Firefox are you using and what encoding are you using in mIRC where that message is being sent?
