For reference about the "problem":
Dev. Forum Thread I'm trying to find a way to send either in a query or chan(so PRIVMSG) some unaltered data, that is byte for byte.
So far as i reported in the thread, it seems somehow at send time there is a conversion to utf-8 using msg/say/raw privmsg.
Any other way one would think of sending a really "raw" & "untouched" command?
