Um, yesterday around 6:00pm I was banned from the server MediaDriven. I advertised a channel and I was banned. I didn't know it was wrong but how long does it last?

I'm assuming you were k-lined for advertising. Usually these bans are temporary, but you could look at the network's website to see if there is any more info. You could try emailing them but I imagine it would be a waste of time as you were in the wrong, although you didn't know it at the time.

What would be the website for MediaDriven? I can try and find some info.

you can also try putting mediadriven into a search engine like www.google.com

may be your mirc got a spam script so you are danned on your network

What do I do to see if that happened?

Did you advertise another channel on purpose? Or did you advertise and not KNOW you'd done it? It would make all the difference and throw up some security issues if you didn't know you'd advertised anything.

Ok, a friend of mine told me to tell some people to come to his room. So I went in #pojofighting, which is on mediadriven, and told the to come there. Not a minute later, I was disconnected and banned. It's going on 3 days and I'm really starting to get mad. But the bad thing about was, I didn't even know it was wrong, until I was banned. I have no way to contact anyone who runs that server.

Try connecting again, making sure you don't have the MOTD set to hidden. If you're still banned, there will be a message telling you why, and how to contact admin on that network.

If it is just 1 single server you are banned on, why not try a different server for that network ? Email your friend to ask what other servers are available.

Realize also what your 'friend' had you do was advertise his channel for him. Since advertising is definitely not a good thing, you took the ban that he didn't want for himself.

If I could get in contact with this Ben guy then everything would be ok.

What can I do to get unbanned?

You can try to find a website for mediadriven by using your favorite search engine and see if there is an email addy to try to work this out. You may find a website for a channel there that will give you the info you need. You can ask the friend who got you into this to try to find an email addy for you.
You can be patient and wait it out. Bans can be set to last a certain amount of time, how long depends on their policies.
Even tho you said you didnt know you were doing was wrong, the fact remains that you did it, and now have to pay the price. Mass inviting/mass advertising are annoying, and most networks dont allow them. In fact, many servers in their MOTD (Message Of The Day) clearly tell you that when you are first connecting.
I'm not unsympathetic to your problem, but all of this has been suggested to you already.
