Forums mIRC Help New channel, having a hard time AOp'ing people.

We're close but when we AOp, it sends people to the "MainananceCafe" channel where they are auto Op'ted. Can some post the code necassary.

There are basically two main ways of Aoping (Aopping?) people for your channel.
1) Requires a client that will act as a bot in the channel and will be there all of the time.
For this option, read up on /help /aop
Reply if you want to use this option and are still having difficulties.

2) Requires a channel service (usually called chanserv), which is running on the network.
For this option, try /msg chanserv help aop
If that doesn't work, check with the local help channel (usually #help) and make further enquiries there.
