is there any code to tell for e.g,

if i have ths ticked/unticked in mirc options

tools>options>connect>options>check for timed out connection

Download mIRC.ini unleashed - this tells you where abouts options are stored in mirc.ini, then you can use a simple $readini() on the file to retrieve the option.
