There is currently only a way to set a max cps for people downloading from the fserve, or by setting a limit using "/dcc send -lN". I'd like to be able to simply make a default for all DCC sends.
I'd like to be able to set a maximum CPS for each individual transfer and for overall dcc connections.
(the fserve and regular DCC sends would have different settings, of course, unless something was checked to use the same settings for both)
