Hey there!
I'm new to mIRC and I'm trying to speak in a channel and it is saying:
"You need to identify to a registered nick to speak in that channel."
I'm already registered with nickserv and I identify myself.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Cheer.

Check the name sending you that message. If it's someone on the channel, then it probably means that that channel has it's own nick registry which is separate from nickserv.
If it's coming from nickserv, then you should join the networks help channel (usually #help) and tell them what is happening, since at that point it appears that there's something wrong with the nick service, and the network administrators need to get it fixed.

The channel probably has mode +M set there (capital M), which only allows people identified to registered nicks to speak. At most networks, you can get help for how to register your nick with: /msg nickserv help
