Both Toolbar and Treebar have the same key accelerator (Menu -> View), one of them sould be changed to something else than T

Yeah...Personally I think this qualifies as a small oops, and it wouldn't affect people that just use the mouse to activate/deactivate those items, but for the people that use the key accelerator, it needs to be changed, otherwise how is mIRC going to know if you want to activate/deactivate the Toolbar or the Treebar?

Windows supports menus with items that have the same accelerator. Pressing that accelerator toggles between the items, pressing enter activates.

Of course, this usually isn't the desired behavior (each option should have a unique accelerator).
