I'm running mIRC 6.03. Connected with a Realtek RTL8139 C+ NIC ethernet card. If I use the driver for the "Family" instead of the "C+" Realtek adapter, no problems. But if I use the right driver for my adapter, mIRC freezes my connection. The connection has been tried firewalled and not, singletask or with many other downloads going. In any case, (with the (C+ driver) it disables my connection and I cannot re-enable it unless I reboot the pc. Usenet, http, ftp, all work fine. I've already sent an E-mail to Realtek with no response yet.

You might ask, why not use the "Family" driver? ...Answer: I get better and more stable speeds with the "C+" driver.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions.
