someone was on my computer and they used mirc and some of the channels and now i am banned. is there away to get out of that or am i basicly s.o.l?

Bans are the sole responsability of channel ops (the people that are shown with a @ next to their nicks). Therefore, you have to contact one of them in order to have the ban removed.

how do i contact them?

if you do:

/who #channelname

it should return in your statuswindow, at least some of the people in that channel.
it will also show the @ is they are OP.

then you can do:
/query nickname (the one with the @) and you can ask him to remove the ban.

/who dosen't show invisible peple on the channel.

Also, the ops may or may not remove the ban, because they don't know if you are just claiming that another person used your computer.
