I'm looking for help on how to license, install, and maintain a mIRC host on a closed network. Any help is appreciated as I don't know squat about mIRC.

Note that it's an IRC server, not mIRC server. mIRC is just one client program you can use to connect to an IRC server. A small distinction perhaps but.. an important one!
