I think dynamic colors would be a really nice option to have. Not really sure if this has been suggested before or not.

For example, we already have partial dynamic color useage:

//echo -c action $active This is your action color, that changes dynamically. Or rather, if you echo this, and alt+k, and change the "action" to a new color, the line you //echo'ed, will change to match the new color.

Now, what I'm suggesting, is to be able to use some sort of:

ctrl+k $+ $color(action)

which would change dynamically when you change the color for action, so if you had a normal:
//echo -ag something ctrl+k $+ $color(action) $+ blah

It would show 'blah' as your action color, BUT, when you change the color for action in alt+k dialog, then it'll automagically change the color of "blah" for you in your window.

Doesn't necessarily have to use the alt+k window to do this, it could use a seperate dialog window which gives the same basic ability of changing colors, could use $dyncolor(first) or something..

would be quite nice, you could do a bit of color cycling on text to make things look quite cool
