Forums Feature Suggestions on *:KEYUP/KEYDOWN idea

I'll prolly get ridiculed for this (I'm 80% sure I will ...) but on KEYUP or KEYDOWN to be used in any window e.g. channels etc. not just @Windows.

I would also love to see that..
