OP TylerH Mostly harmless T Joined: Mar 2003 Posts: 1	Can anyone tell me what ports I need to open to allow connections back to my fserve...? Users can request the files from me and my sever will start the send process. My server then states that it is waiting for a reply and will eventually time out. The client side times out much quicker with an "Unable to Connect" error. I have no trouble downloading files from other servers. Thanks, Tyler

VinnyD Ameglian cow V Joined: Dec 2002 Posts: 27 RI, USA	Mirc defaults DCC sends to ports 1024 - 5000 Under the Mirc Menu for File Options DCC Options You will find the dialog port that you can set the ports in. Open the same port range on your firewall that you set in mirc on that page.
