wat does this mean, help would be apperciated

Unfortunately it's not allowed to help with file sharing on this forum. It's mainly for help with the mIRC client itself.

Um, you dont help with file sharing?
Why then mIRC have /fserve command, huh?
Doesn't it go with mIRC by default? (;

//mode $me -h is setting mode -h on yourself and will
un-mask your host so the bot can get your ip address. (sometimes -x)

/dccserver +s on 2032 enables your dcc server
and listens on port 2032 for send requests.

You must do this in order for this bot to send the file you requested.
Hopefully these messages will fade out eventually now that mirc has
the passive dcc feature.
