Hey i am wondering if anyone has ProRat 1.9 Specil Edition? I cant find it no were.. And i am wondering if anyone has it and can send me it on AIM or something? I really want this program but cant find it no were..

While I can't see any relation between the program you're asking about, and mIRC, I did make a search using Google, which returned a few sites, including ProRat and, after following a few links, brought me to this download link ProRat 1.9 Fix 2 This is the official released version.

yes i got 1.9 i am looken for ProRat 1.9 Speacil Edition and i was wondering if anybody could get it from someone on mirc.. And the site is cloed down

I doubt anyone is going to give you any more help than what I just did, as this seems to be getting very close to the line regarding filesharing, which is not supported on this forum.
