These were never fixed and I dont know if one of them can be:

Bug #1: If you do a timed ignore LESS than one minute, it shows one minute instead of the true value (say 20 seconds for example)

Bug #2 (Reproduction):

1) Type //ignore -u20 $me 1 | //ignore -wu20 $me 2
2) In the status screen you'll see: * Removed *!*identd@some.isp.net from ignore list (made up mask of course)
3) ALT + B
4) Notice the global ignore does NOT have a timer associated with it and is still there

This has been like this since 6.0.
