Forums mIRC Help Banned !

I'm new from today on Irc (i was trying to donwload movies,but it didn't work and it took me a while to understand how it works..I try a lot ,but apparantely I did it to much
I've received a message that told me that I was banned within the half an hour
What must I do ?

Firstly, please read this sticky thread above yours. mIRC is not for downloading movies.

Furthermore, bans from channels/servers have very little to do with mIRC. There isn't anything we can do for you other than suggest that you wait the ban out (most bans of any kind don't last longer than 24 hours), or to contact those that banned you. Try finding a relevant email address on the network's website for example. See this other sticky thread.
