I been using MIRC for about 3 months now. For some reason, however, starting yesterday I have been completely unable to connect to any server.

It gives me the message * Firewall: Unable to find firewall address

I've never had this problem before and i dont' know how to do all this stuff with opening ports and stuff like that... I'm using ZoneAlarms security suite, but when i shut that down I get the same message about the firewall??? Anyone have any suggesetions cuz I don't know what the hell i need to do...

Just a suggestion but try /firewall off. And try re-connecting.

He meant for you to type the text /firewall off in the status window. Alternately set "Firewall support" to "None" in mIRC Options -> Connect -> Firewall.
