what are the basic mirc new version op commands

Basic commands that are usually used by ops, are kick, ban, unban, voice, devoice, op, & deop.

You can access most of these by right clicking in the nicklist of the channel.

almost all the basic commands are listed in the help file. and it should be easy to find them without having to come here to ask us to open the file and read them to you.
