Forums mIRC Help Customizing window icons?

Is it possible to replace the little icons next to channels, PRIVMSG's, etc with ResHacker or something similiar? It's hard to tell them apart using 1600x1200 resolution.

lol , buy a bigger monitor!, the whole idea of icons is you can tell em apart at a glance, if there so small you cant, then there isnt that much advantage in using that res.

I think his real point is that if you can't see things, lower your resolution.

Higher resolution doesn't usually add much other than desktop space except in games that do not automatically adjust to match your resolution and so they give you more viewing space than you should have. Thankfully, most games aren't like that.

Yes that was my ment point. Why use 1600 if u cant see it.

More screen real estate space. I can get a surprising amount of things done at once because I can fit them onto the screen. The icons all have the same general look anyways, I want "at-a-glance" icons, not ones with only slight color differences.

What i said still holds, get a bigger monitor, and i know how usefull screen area is, i have mine at 3200x1200.

lol dont i wish, just two regulars set at 1600. Its great for almost everything, what does suck tho is every once and a while an aplication centers right smack in between the two. Most apps seem to know knowdays to use the center of the one there on, just some older apps i think dont understand/know its two screens.
