I have noticed that with DLL's that were made to intercept a message and either block it or modify it before it gets parsed and used by mIRC don't work with SSL. This is because the DLLs need to grab the message from the socket level, and they get an encrypted message instead of a plain text one. I think mIRC should send the unencrypted message to the DLL, instead of the encrypted message straight from the socket.
