Lpfix5 Hoopy frood L Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 1,052 Canada	you cant do that, you can add to the message, however there use to be a way in the past to edit the mirc.exe file there was a string that said so your editing mirc's version reply huh? something like that we use to hange a few bytes and save the file then when someone version ya it didnt go through becasue we probably renamed it too versi0n rather then version the only way they would of had a reply is ctcp $nick versi0n else just normal ctcp $nick version would of not existed in theory but ever since the new mirc release seems its not there I doubled checked Code: if $reality > $fiction { set %sanity Sane } Else { echo -a voices }

OP bynw Babel fish B Joined: Aug 2003 Posts: 66 The Net	ah you misunderstand there. i don't want to modify a mIRC version reply via adding anything to it, or hexing it out. When I ctcp version another user and don't get a reply back is when I want the script to trigger.

It seems they dont understand, and are violating the forum rules, what he is asking is for somthing, that will detect when a person he sent a CTCP VERSION to dosen't reply. I would help you, but i dont have a mIRC help file on me, try to do /help ctcp
