K since my first question was answered....People are talking in rainbows...Theres room outside the box where its coloured and the text inside is a colour to O.o They can also make it black on the outside and white inside O.o How do i do this? Thanks

ctrl+k then pick a colour and type your text

That command thing is OK but not to handy as i dont know wat anything does...I still need to find what makes the the text have backgrounds

To make a background colour you need to separate the foreground colour number with a second number, separated with a comma.

For example, CTRL+K4,1 would make a red (4) on black (1) colour.
