I had an idea...
Me and my brother share a PC weboth use mirc is it possible that (in future versions) there comes a login so we both can login on our own account so we don't have to change our options all the time?

That's possible but don't u think my idea is easier?

Create two empty ini files, and two shortcuts that will run c:\path\to\mirc.exe -i file.ini for each of you.

Also, create two folders, for each of you, which will include your script files. when you open mIRC at the first time, remember to relocate the popups and userlist files to your personal folder (File > Save as...).

Well, you don't have to install it into another directory. You can also just have 2 versions of mirc.ini, named OlderBrother.ini and YoungerBrother.ini (or whatever you like). Then make 2 shortcuts for mIRC, using the same mirc.exe but each one uses a different ini file.

Homer's mIRC
Target: "C:\Program Files\mIRC\mirc.exe" -iHomer.ini
Start in: "C:\Program Files\mIRC\"

Plato's mIRC
Target: "C:\Program Files\mIRC\mirc.exe" -iPlato.ini
Start in: "C:\Program Files\mIRC\"
