Please don't do that, the internationally accepted language on IRC is English. Assume everyone speaks English, until they tell you they don't. Khaled speaks English too, so it's best to make suggestions in that language.

I assume you're suggesting that mIRC implements emoticons? If so, please view this sticky thread. There's not much use in posting this same suggestion over and over again.
