mIRC has it's own channel central, with amongst the topic history. So, im trying to make a more updated channel central, and before i start logging the topics etc.. i'd like to know wether or not it's possible to retrieve the topic history without using mIRC channel central.

if it's possible, how? smile

Second smaller question, hash tables gets reset on? Quit/Disconnect? or never (unless a cmd whipes em)

1) Don't think so frown
2) Hash tables you create stay in memory untill you delete them (/hfree) or you close mIRC. If you want to store data permanently, use /hsave in the on QUIT event (or after a number of updates to prevent a blue screen from stealing all you newly added data) to store the contents to a file and /hmake and /hload in the on START event to load it again.

mIRC's channel central keeps track of the topics set while you were on that channel on reconnect the history gets cleared.
so to keep track of the topic its only a ON TOPIC.
