Hello guys, i want to change the whois standard in something else. Now when i whois someone apear me:

Lucian is kinder@kinder.users.Network-Name.ORG * P.I.L.
Lucian on #Channel
Lucian using *.Network-name.ORG Server title
Lucian is away: Not here.
Lucian is an IRC Operator
Lucian End of /WHOIS list

And i want to change in:

Lucian este: kinder@kinder.users.Network-Name.ORG * P.I.L.
Lucian este pe: #Channel
Lucian foloseste serverul: *.Network-name.ORG Server title
Lucian este away: Not here.
Lucian este un IRCop
Lucian sfarsit lista /whois

Is anyone who can help me ? Thanks!

You need to use RAW events (See /help raw events) to catch each line of the /whois reply. You can then /echo your own line and /halt the original. Check out this tutorial for examples.

Also see this raw help page for a list of default /whois replies. Things such as "nickname is identified to their nickname" are individual server RAWs. You can type /debug @debug then /whois someone to see the RAW numbers.

Remember that identifiers such as $nick do not work in raw events.
