i try to use /filter -fwrx 1-10 @window file.txt
and the command dont exclude the range of lines, this is a bug or the exclude is only for the wildcard?

Umm when specifing the x flag to exclude matches, you need to specify a matchword.

It doesn't work like you think with specifying a range.

It's like: //filter -wfx @win file *blah*

which would exclude all lines from being filtered that contain *blah* in them.
