When right clicking a nickname in the channel it brings up the popups just as you'd see when right clicking in the nicklist.

So when rclick-ing, sclick-ing, dclick-ing or whatever I'd like to see that respected nickname highlighted in the nicklist. Obviously, when right clicking in the nicklist that user gets highlighted. So I think doing the same in the channel should be the same. smile

Are you sure your highlight color is not the same as the normal nick list color?

I'm sure. confused

When clicking on a nickname in the channel (hotlink) does it select that respected in the nicklist? It didn't work for me so I assumed it wasn't a feature. mad

Never mind, maybe it's just my mIRC. frown

It should... either that or Invision does it since that is what I use all the time. I don't have access to use mIRC right now to see if vanilla mIRC does it, but I think it does.

Maybe you have a script running that blocks that for whatever reason.

If you have a sepearate actual ON HOTLINK running that hotlinks nicks in channel then the default one wont work, I did this to myself by mistake once and spent 2 days trying to figure what setting id altered in options.
