First heres how I have my address book setup.

Now heres what happens when I or anyone else with that HostMask is not oped halfoped or voiced, if they are one of those this doesnt happen.

Any clues?
Edit:
Well I fixed it but still not sure why this doesnt work, I took off the Any mode part, But If I move the thing below the no mode, then Im no mode color, if this happens should the first way I did it work, since it stops looking after the no mode, shouldnt it stop after the hostmask part?

The problem is (was) that 'any mode' does not include 'no mode' (because 'none' isn't really a mode, it's the lack of any mode). To solve your problem you can just check or uncheck both 'any mode' and 'no mode' (so long as you don't have one checked and the other not).

Spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, and stupid comments are intentional.
