I only joined to see if the ban was removed yet and then rejoined ONCE under a different nick to see if you were present so that I might message you.
/whois nickname will tell you if they are online or not, there's absolutely no reason to evade the ban.

It's kind of funny you clame you only rejoined once, while the first time you entered when I was there already had as kick message "continual ban evasion", meaning you certainly have done this before and from the looks of it continually.
Anyway, this is completely inappropriate to try to deal with this matter on these msg boards, because this is a personal issue with you and #mirc.net, not with the mirc.com boards. You should have pm'ed Mentality instead.
