When I start mIRC, I load other applications with /run ...

mIRC.exe looses its active status. I there a command I can use to make mirc.exe regain its active status?

TIA

/showmirc -r
Often though, you can more simply use /run -n app.exe

I'm using /run -n to minimize the requested application but that doesn't return the active status to the top window. I have to click in it to make it active. As for /showmirc, this command only affect the display of the main mIRC window and has no effect on the active status of the application.

OS : Windows ME

You need to minimize mIRC first.

showmirc -n | showmirc -r

Or allow time for the other app to kick in.
//run app.exe | .timer 1 1 showmirc -r
The delay depending on the app being run.
