Forums mIRC Help The Op commands

I want to make it where only certain people can be oped and is there like different levels of oping. Say somebody with level 1 op cant be deoped by somebody that is level 2 op?

yes certainly you can add those "certain" people in your mircs aop list so only they would get opped.
see /help /aop

you cant stop someone from opping anyone else, however what you can do is deop that person when hes opped by others
see /help Access levels

all this will only work when your mirc client is opped and the chat room is not registered so that the services on the network dont interfere with your mirc clients actions... or basically the services features are disabled so they dont conflict....
