Forums Connection Issues portforwading for mIRC via Aztech Modem (pic here)

here is my setting with router & miRC but im still stuck for sending files using dcc , can someone tell me
i followed tutorial from portforwarding.com and other site but still cant figure it out

you dont have to use that many forwards you can do 5000 - 5010 other than that im not sure
