Forums Bug Reports Toolbar is not moveable, although drag bar exists

Although there is a vertical drag bar to the left of the toolbar, I can not move it.

The same drag bar works for the channel list, for instance.

I think the drag bar should either be removed, or made functional.

P.S.: Using mIRC 6.16, without any scripts.

Just as a vote, i think it would be great if the toolbar was dragable like the switchbar. thumbs up here!!

You know, there was a lot of heated discussion over that toolbar 'grip' when it first appeared. It's amazing the things people fight over, isn't it?
