Forums Feature Suggestions leave window open on /part

Sorry if this already exists or it has already been suggested, but I and several users on channels that I help run could make good use of being able to /part a channel (such as a channel that limits idling) while staying on the network and other channels, and have the parted channel's window stay open in a manner like it does in recent versions when kicked.

You can use the "reload logs" feature in the logging options of mIRC, but I think the feature is sort of new and does not restore the embedded text codes (color, bold, underline).

This of course would make a kick useless. Well, more so than it is already, but I like the idea.
