what is in country sence when some domain ends with .IP and .BIZ ?

none.

.IP is the cloaked mask for an unresolved IP address, .BIZ is just another ending for an internet address.

Yeah, i have a file with all the possible dns endings (which i use for my whois) BIZ and IP do not exist, i have come across a few strange ones though, and they do exist, i didn't realise a .UM exists
but it turns out to be
US Minor Outlying Islands
