I used to have cable internet service and DCC send worked without error. I had to switch to a DSL connection and suddenly DCC send stopped working. No configuration changes were made to mIRC or my OS (WinXP).

I have tried using random DCC ports and it did not fix the problem. Could someone shed some light on this issue for me? Thank you.

I tried reinstalling mIRC and overwriting all previous configuration files and tried to DCC with the default configuration, still no luck.

I ended my Zone Alarm process, tried to send without using random ports and with random ports, still nothing.

I am able to upload files through AIM and email without problem. If any of this information helps spark any ideas please let me know. Thanks again.

I was using Bulletproof's IP tool and it states my IP is 192.168.1.2 and my remote IP is 222.3.250.159. This doesn't seem right does it? Is my modem acting as a router?
