I have tried emailing you. i did verify my email address and sent the email again as instructed. the email was sent sometime last week. and i have not recieved a reply. so here's the jist of my request.
I'm developing a website called IRC-Toolz.com (looks kinda crappy right now) but i want the authors permission to post all the versions of mirc on a downloads section. the computer i develope the website on has 4 different virus scanners and only uploads when i direct it to an online connection (not always connected to the internet for added protection) and i upload to a unix host so there is less room for infection.
