I'd recomend looking at your settings. Help is not offered for that sort of use. Though, if only program was named mIRFS you might get that form of help. Your best bet would be to directly ask the person in the channel i'd think. then again i've never dealed with fservs. Nor do i deal with them on the network i oper on. :P Go get some illegal version of kazaa and save us some trouble.
